Hi, how do i backup my image on DM800 ?

Hi, i have a Dm800 with dreamelite 1.3.3 pheonix image, epg set, service files set, epg set , etc, i have also got a usb stick mounted for picons and epg, so looking to know how do i backup all image as it is, so if it goes belly up i can reflash back how it was in one go ?

    Thanks
