    DM800HD not working

    Hello

i have a dreambox DM800HD, which i have been using for the past few months. Unfortuntaly i left the box on all night and when i switch it off and back on i could not get any of the sky channels. i still get the normal channels like bbc 1, E4 etc, however sky sports etc do not work. its funny becase when i swtich to sky movies, the subtitiles show up in what has been said in the movie. i thought the tuner might have gone but the revlent IP address is showing so i am not sure.

any ideas from anybody in what might be the problem?

    Thanks

go into settings and then network and check connects . then type the ip of the box in your browser and see if it connects . if it goes add this to the end and open the page and tell us wot it says :16001/activeclients

1 What ccan are you using?
2 do you use a pay server for these channels or a peer?
3 are you clearing the channels via a peer but with a blank screen?
