i cant install tuxcom

i have just the same problem,but when i download tuxcom it can not be install it says.
i have blackhole image on dm800hd.thanx for your time.

thanks for the posts. sadly im a newbie and i cant figure it out! i got into the web interface as alom5 said, i loaded the flash image but when i click flash nothing seems to happen!! can anyone help please?
