dreambox 800 losing channels

im losing a few channels on my receiver, the message says service not found sid not in path.
they were there before and nothing has changed.
i read somwhere about frequancys changing and im not sure if this is whats happend.
any one know what the problem is and how to solve it?

They change all the time just keep uploading the latest channel bouquets from your image server

my box was all set up ready to use when i got it so what is an image server then what do i do?
down load new bouquets ?
then how do i put them on the box?
