Sounds ok but ask Garry1312 or Alom5 they both have Dreambox 800se and both will gladly help you.

Gemini is the image where Enigma is the Linux flamebuffer software ie Enigma 1 is Dreambox 500s, Enigma 2 Dreambox 800 etc
The bl is the bootloader,higher number represents later drivers.
All boxes come with Gemini as standard but alot of people like to change and try other images which now can be done with the new sims.

The box is fine mate the biggest decision is sim and this one has sim2 so good choice of images.
This box also comes with Ferrari sim and some have resevations about it but ive a box with both and see no difference between them.
Chances are you will change the image just buy from a reputable company like Yaoxin and you will be fine.
If this is your first box you will need some help from the likes of Alom and Garry but you should be fine.
Will buy myself one once they have cracked it

you are right andy.....but i have now stopped messing as i am 99% happy on how i got it setup. no problems either .

to the op just make sure you got the right sim image and flash via the web browser mate and all is well with this box.

just remember......even when you think u fooooked it up and its dead..................IT AINT!!!

@southpaw....if you got the gemini image mate......i think you should give the ramimaher image a go. i was impressed with that even tho it was based on gemini. skin was amazing.!!

Trouble with them deep pockets is ive had my Ping i3s for 10 years and i fancy a new set of Ping G20s therea a dillema.
Golf clubs or a new box.
