    Wifes question...I can't answer

Whilst waiting on my clone 800se to arrive I was explaining to my wife that enthusiasts set it up to suit themseves and that is what I would probably need to do.

Then the 2 questions came I can't answer.

    1.What is an image ?

    2.Why keep changing them ?

    Thanks

    Hi

Will not be able to explain tech terms.

    1) Image is whats needed to make box work

    2) Hobby/fun. Once you start this most people myself included cannot help ourselves but try new images that come out.

Sometimes your box might not like a particular image (hope she dont ask why ) and is not as stable so you change the image till you find one one that is stable for your box.

Thats the way I see it.

    Regards

The image is very basically the operating system,
and every image has a different look and feel , people change them till
they get one that suits them, its all just down to personal preference

Try explaining in terms she will understand.
            The box is a woman
the image is a new outfit and every Man wants to have fun with a woman in a new outfit that suggest there's more than meets the eye.
Unfortunately after spending hours looking at your new image it dosnt do what it suggest it will do.A lot like a woman in a new outfit you just bought her.She refuses to do anything gets the hump and ends up back in the Jeans and T-shirt she had on when ya first met.and thats the equivelent of going back to the image ya started with cos lets face it it does exactly the same as all the new fancy images but is a lot more stable and comfortable.

my dm800 is so like the wife,
                    ticks all the boxes
                    cheap
                    reliable but hot
                    small and petite
does what it should and responds to the buttons
Only difference is I'm sure it it would cost alot more to replace the wife than the dm800
