Satmate epg not picking up all channel listings

Hello people, ive been running satmate successfully for a long time.
It usually picks up all channels epg listings, but for the past 1-2 weeks or so it dont pick up everything, its picks up the majority but not all [not channel 4 hd etc].
Is this happening to everyone using satmate. Is there a problem with satmate? rytec used to do this, hence why i changed to satmate
btw im using a dreamelite 1.33 on dm800

I can't even get Satmate to download now, Just says connection error

iv'e been trying to download satmate epg today but fails everytime
tried restarting dm800 and then trying (this sometimes works for me) but looks as if satmate is down at the moment

Yep database was working yesterday ( Friday) but its not connecting now, hope it back up and running fully soon
