Lost EPG on DM800HD

I have lost my EPG and have no idea how to get them back!

I am a total novice so if you know how please give me a step-by-step guide and make it as easy as possible!

What image do you have on your box?

You could try pressing the green button which will bring up the plugins menu and scroll down to see if you have crossepg downloader in the list, if you do scroll down to it and press ok.

This will then download the epg

blue button ,epg panel ,scroll to either satmateuk or rytecuk i use satmate ,ok then download usualy yellow button

i use satmate
it seems that the server has been down for a few days now think we need to be patient and wait until its sorted
it does happen this from time to time.
btw i use blackhole image
