No UK channels Dreambox 800HD

Hi, I set up my dreambox yesterday but I'm not recieving UK channels! I've had a search around but being new to tinkering with satellite gear I'm at a bit of a loss. So if anyone could point me in the right direction it'd be appreciated!
I have a Dreambox 800HD pro, bootloader 82, Enigma II, dreamelite 1.33d Sim 2.01.
I've managed to install cccam, edited the cfg and tuned around 600 channels on Astra 28.2E. I have a fairly weak SNR (between 50 and 60) as I still need to set the dish up properly.
If I press the TV button and list all channels some have white progress looking bars on the left of them. I can view these channels and also some channels without the bar next to them. When I scroll down to a channel, on the right the text is either in German or French and the Audio is in either language when viewing the channel.
It's all a bit of a mess! I can't find any UK FTA channels either.
I'm wondering if either the supplier of my C: lines doesn't support Sky UK as well as they say or if it's a problem with the bouquets saved on the box. It was preconfigured when I bought it. Although scrolling through the 'all channels' menu I still can't find anything with English Audio!
I'm not expecting a magic solution, just some advise or direction as this box has a bit of steep learning curve to it. Cheers!

looks like as you say, the dish isnt set up properly.. youre prob pointing at 19.2.. THINK this carries some uk tv channels..

Thanks, I'll get it set up with some proper gear then. I used satfinder in the menu on the dreambox, chose Eurobird1/Astra 28.2E and it locked ok after tweaking the dish around in the general direction of everyone elses. Just the SNR is a bit poo.

Edit: So... I assumed if I used satfinder on the dreambox it would only show signal from the satellite selected. If I chose 28.2E and pointed it at 19.2 would that show a signal?
