New Black Dreambox Remote cant pause live tv anymore ? Dm800pro

Hi, I have a DM800 Pro, installed OpenPLi 2.1 , installed Hdd, all working fine can record etc.

weird thing is i got a old silver dreambox remote, which lets me pause live tv when press yellow button,

i now got a new remote black one, its got extra layout of buttons for pause, play etc when i press pause get icon , like its saying cant do that.

is there some driver or plugin that makes it work with black remote ?

    I attached picture

I thought the only difference with the remotes was the new ones didnt have an audio and pressing the yellow button was the answer.
I wonder if its just another button needed to press for it to work?

The Timeshift button is the play/pause button on the black remote (Below the green button)
Took me a while to figure it out but its a better idea than the yellow button in my opinion.

help button - then start timeshift. this will pause the channel. then use the yellow button to unpause and pause again.

got it working, another top member on another forum gave this and works now on black remote and silver remote works too, dont know why this aint included in images ? cause it works for both perfect

Im using OpenpLi 2.1 was told might not work for other images

send this to usr/share/enigma2 know to be working with openpli but not sure regarding other images so backup the one you have in your image now before sending this one in

It works fine on my black remote under Dream Elite Phoenix 2 ,no modding required.

must be already included in image, i changed from dream elite phoenix 2 because it glitched too much when recording and when pausing and then resuming channels like sly sports hd , since trying OpenPLi 2.1 no more glitches prefect now

I always thought high bitrate hd channels were too much for dm800 to handle, but it aint since going to OpenPLi

Had exactly the same problem, the new keymap solved it - timeshift with play/pause button works like a charm. thanks!

does pause, pause tv straight after press.. or do you still have to rewind first before you can pause ?

How to put the keymap on the box

I guess you have to ssh to the box and manually put in the /usr/share?

Do I need to set up anything on the box or should it work by default as long as the remote keymap is correct?
