Service scan?

Hi guys when you are in the service scan menu page,under automatic scan does it give you 2 options 'clear before scan' and 'scan tuner A(DVB-S2)' Does that mean when you are setting up a new image you have to do a scan twice before you can get the fta channels?

1 scan is enough, When scanning always choose Clear before scan or it will find new channels but not remove the old ones and leaves you confused which one to use

Once it has been scanned it goes back to main page and says service not found any ideas on how to get it working?Thanks

when you go into tuner configuration do you have astra 1/2/3/ ?

No have set to simple/mode single/satellite 28.2eurobird1..astra2a/2b/2d send diseqc no.Thanks.
