EPG on DM800

OK here we go on mine Menu / setup / crossepg

if you have ticked any of the services in xmltv or xepgdb untick them all.

go to OpenTV and tick 28.2 or what you need, go back and select providers start order to be sure and make sure it starts with OpenTV and also update providers just in case, and scroll down to download now and that should bring it in.

Oh i am using Newnigma 2 which works a treat.

i think the epg servers have been down
lots of queries about epg this week
i have just downloaded rytec uk on dm800
using dreamelite image
i did download crossepg yesterday but could not get the epg to work.
so i think the servers are back on again.

i recently had this problem
all that was needed is to update the providers
i done it like this go to Rytec.be - Xmltv import plugin - dreambox enigma1 & enigma2 epg settings
download the updated providers
FTP to the directory /etc/epgimport
