mine opens very little hd channels and low signals even though my 800 with rev m tuner gets 100% on a lot of channels,im baffled

my mate says he has problems with 28e as well
on certain chns and your findings will be interesting mate
also there is a ferrari and a sim10 model of the 800se
it would be interesting to see if both models are being
tested have the same problem. i think this model has a
serious tuner fault that needs looking at a new box should
open all chns sd and hd and be able to get a signal for all
the frequencies, i wonder if a dm800 hd rev m tuner would fit
and se if that gets over the problem

has it arrived mate i only ask to see if you can get this open
10729 v 22000 fec 2/3 19.2e astra his box wont clear anything
on this frequency, he has tried lots of images and has cleared the box
a few times with dreamup and the cables, he knows the chns open and
he uses a big dish thats set correctly plus he has a old dm800hd ferrari
box, that was made out of a original 800 that packed up, and this clears
all the hd chns on this sat, he has come to the conclusion it has a tuner
problem. it would be good to here from you or anyone on this for him
could it be something thats being missed in the setup of the box, plus if yours
is ok then he can contact the seller about it once he's sure of the facts

mate, i picked up around 6 channels on that freq....and they are clearing axn hd, c+comedia hd, c+liga hd, c+dep2 hd , canal + 3d all clearing. taquila - i don't have but snr is 85%


i really have not had any problems with tuner not clearing. it is not a tuner fault i don't think.

what image are they running??

at least it's not all dm800se's then
what image are you running and what
model ferrari or sim2.10 then i will tell my mate
to test the image on his box, he says it generally
a good box it's just these frequencies thats giving
problems that are spoiling a new box, then if he cant
get it to work he can have a word with his supplier his
box could have a problem

i have these channels working on all the images i have tried so far mate. at present running newnigma ssl84 by sat4fun team. its a sim210 box mate.

must say i've not heard of any tuning issues prior to your mate and porter.... but porter is now sorted as it was his channels list that was the issue....i wonder if maybe your mate may have the same issue.???

just a quick update on the sim2.10 dm800se tuner problem
i posted earlier my mate could'nt get a signal
on 19e on frequency 10.279 22000 2/3 hd channels
and a few low frequencies on other sats and some chns are sd ones
he came with his box and we have tried every sat list available and
scanned the sats and chns after trying various images and lots of resets and using dreamup and still no chns on the low frequency end so i fitted a dm800hd
tuner and bingo every chn there hd and sd crystal clear so his box does look
like it's a faulty tuner. i said unless these chns on 19e were what you normaly
view you would'nt know about this fault as all other frequencies and hd chns are opening first class and he says he will fit a rev m tuner it's cheaper and quicker than it going back and two to his supplier plus he gets a loop out

I ordered a dm800hd from satfooldeals.co.uk on Sunday. I went with dhl shipping over royal mail special thinking it would be quicker. I tracked the package today because I would've expected it to be here by now and this is what I got....

I had a Jersey customer, last month, he ordered Vu+Solo, DM800HD from me, by DHL, it went to wrong DHL destination service area:ABERDEEN - UK. Then it came back to East Midland and went to Jersey service area. The normal way to Jersey from HK China: HK-LONDON-HEATHROW-EAST MIDLANDS-JERSEY - UK. about 3-4days.
