Back up dm800 dream elite 133

Hello people, I've done some searching around but, i cant find a definitive guide on how to backup my image.
I have access to two dm800 stb's. 1 has everything up and running fine on dream elite 133. Iwould like to backup this image, so i can transfer it over to dm800 no2 without any hassle .and also for any future flash.
Especially as i've been up all night as i had the dreaded no ca found error, which thankfully i sorted out. Iwould just like to flash my existing setup from box1 to box2.
Is there any plugins i need etc, and will it backup onto usb.
    Thanks

you can try ts flashbackup or gp2 flash backup.

you will find them in ts panel to download as addons.

if you don't have that...follow the sticky http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...-image-205464/

you could even do it from system tools on the tunisiasat addons.

You can use the TS Panel backup utility, just check as sometimes the box will mount a USB stick as HDD, is which case you do the backup to HDD
