now this is running smooth been trying to play movies via a ext hdd on back usb port,finds it and movie list,some dont work one started and froze up,anyone running these or do i need to ftp them to box,any help appreciated

streaming works perfectly here , even on 720p content , i use the "network browser" to mount the share and everything works perfectly ,

ill have a look at that over the weekend,sure the drive plugged into usb must work aswell

Hi when you say you use network browser,how do you get it to work,i have everything set up right i think,in mountview menu there are 2 hard drive icons,the 1 on the left has a cross against it,but the 1 on the right has a tick next to it.In the mounts editor do you have to enable Use as HDD replacement.Thanks.

no need to use as replacement hdd , you can have several mounts set up at once
