    how is the speed changed on the fan(can it)noticed it was 44c last night when hdd was working

    ya trying to make it faster or slow it down
    would it be possible to connect something like ya have on the lights in your house
    a dimmer switch affect

        Yeh on my image (newnigma2) it has a speed option to pump it up or down a bit, keeps it nice and cool.. maybe its image dependent?

            Pump it up kid, and pump up the other option 2.. you can hear it speed up then. dont go mad though, dont want it taking off

              whats the average temperatures on the board ,what speed is everyone using,only gone to 6000 revs,still at 41c

                Hmm, mine is in a cupboard with the door shut and its running a server so its busy busy. Its currently at 35degrees and running at 5000rpm.

                    it was sitting on top of the sky box with only half inch above it to shelf,now moved it on its own and its gone down to 36 already,better,dont wanna burn it out
