EPG, TV Guide and bouquets

Hi lads,

Have been using my 800se with Openpli. Can be hard work (and a lot of keypressing) to change channels at times !

Can anyone tell me the difference between epg, tv guide and bouquets.

What does one do that the other does not ?

EPG (TV Guide) - Electronic program guides (EPG) and interactive program guides provide users of television, radio, and other media applications with continuously updated menus displaying broadcast programming or scheduling information for current and upcoming programming. Some guides such as ITV also feature backward scrolling to promote their catch up content.

Bouquets - This is where you put your channles into groups ie: Movies, News, Children, Shopping etc.... Virmin and Sly has this feature and people like to copy thier format to match thier box ? but you can edit your own Bouquets to your liking using a program called dreamboxedit for most enigma run boxes.
