dm800se keeps rebooting

right guys , the wife went to turn on the dream
box this morning , and it keeps rebooting

its a dm800se , running newnigma2 image from sat4fun

it lets it boot-up the yellow loading bar half way then just goes into deep stand-by

all help appreciated and what programs or tools i need

make sure the cables are connected properly at rear , seen this on standard 800 when dvi was loose , failing that you may need to reflash , have you checked if you can put it in flash mode (apply power with on button pressed)
