Unable to lock onto any Satellite

Hi everyone may i say what a great site this is and i am hoping that someone can help me. I have installed a new image Dream Elite on my original DM800HD. But when I try and lock onto a satellite either manual or auto it fails to move the dish and thus I cannot lock onto a satellite and unable to load any channels. I hope someone can help as I am missing all my footie

Hi. If dish is not moving check the cables are connected properly. Remember to check that the motor green light is on. Good luck.
