Dreambox hd800se clone

I have a dreambox 800se when i go to satellite search it says nothing connected the dish is working fine tried it on another sat receiver could it be a faulty tuner or could it be a software problem.

Have You configured the tuner mate

Tried too its not showing any satellites in so many words its saying no dish connected, thanks for your reply, is there a default sat loader
