sim 2.01 ,bl75 image & bootloader update ?

Hi everyone, i have dm800hd clone with sim 2.01 and bootloader 75 and an old dream elite image on and i was wanting to update the image but im not sure of the way to do it and which image to use, ive read through various threads and forums but im still not sure of the way to go - do i update the bootloader or do i just flash a clone safe image for sim 2.01 and bl75 ?. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

just flash a later image thats compatable for your sim2 unit , later images are 84 bootloaders , this will update your 75 to 84 during flashing mate , just ensure you choose a 84 image for your sim , sim2.01

So if i flash a dm800 hd clone with sim 2.01 #76 with:
Digital Kaos - Downloads - openPLI 2.1 for sim201 dm800 ssl82
or
Digital Kaos - Downloads - sim201-ssl82-dreamelite-PHOENIXedition2..13/05/201

It will upgrade the bootloader automatically and i only need to flash it throuh the browser and restart the dreambox, i wont get a ca not found?

And what image do you recommend that is fast and stable?

I have done what southpaw recommended and my bootloader was updated and image flashed with no errors and working fine ( as long as it is clone safe ), i havnt settled on an image yet so i couldnt recommend one for you .

Ive swopped between 2 images - dream-elite 3.0 dm800 and nemesis 2.4 dm800, both good solid images and nice on the eye.
