    Can't access web interface

    I'm trying to access the Web Interface of my DM800. I have typed in the IP address of the box into the web address bar on Firefox but it keeps saying page unavailable. The box is connected to my router and the computer is also connected. I can access the box via DCC but not through Web Interface. I am using a BT Home Hub2 so could it have something to do with the ports etc.

      Maybe your image don't have the web interface plugin, it can be downloaded to box from download panel or tspanel

          The plugin was installed as I used the web interface before with my Netgear Router. But it has now decided to start working again with the BT Home Hub. Thanks
