channels, bouqets etc

hey guys, i now have a dm500s clone and i dont have all the channels.
sports 4, kids, film 4 and others are missing.or something else? and can someone tell me how to rectifyb it.

i am a complete begginer at this so a bit lost.
gonna keep looking.

i take it these chns your missing are on the same sat ?
have you tried a rescan of the sat to see if that brings
the channel in

same sat, i dont know.

brand new to this, only plugged box in around 3 hours ago. some of the channels i was receiving have now dropped off?

cheers guys, i think i have now sorted it.

the input from my dish is a 2 core coax with 2 connectors. i have changed the connector and all now seems fine.
