How to flash dm800 se with dreamup

i was trying to flash my dreambox 8800 hd se with dreamup sunray flash but it's stuck on "upload complete, waiting for aknowledge". does it take long to go to box in network http mode? guys please help

are you using the panel because your box has error 1 no ca
on the lcd screen on the box,or are you just flashing a new image?
after the panel has uploaded from the dreambox
it usualy goes into http mode very quick, if it does'nt
try turning the box off at the switch on the back and
after a minute hld the frontr button in and turn the box
back on while you keep the front button held and see if
then goes into flash mode and shows the box ip if it does
try flashing the image with firefox

To Manualy update firmware on a DM 500HD and the dm800se hd models
via mini-usb service port & Lan Network

Items required:
1) A TO B mini-usb male to male [same as a camera USB] & Cat5 Network Cable

2) if you have a genuine model you can get the latest dreamup 1.3.3.9
you can also find the usb driver here if needed
(USB to UART Bridge Virtual COM Port (VCP) driver)
from :-dream-multimedia-tv.de/en/downloads website

[if your model is a clone use the sunray version of dreamup]

Process:

1)first on the Dream 500HD/dm800se turn off with the switch on
the rear panel

2)next connect the cable for its part mini-usb port and
"Service" of the Dream 500HD and the USB to a USB port on your PC
and also the Lan Cable from your Router

3)Just plug it in, the PC will detect new hardware connected to the system:

4)The PC will ask the driver for this new component,
Windows 7 will download the driver Automaticly for you
the driver is cp210x usb to uart bridge controller

5)Open the Windows Device Manager,
and you will see the new hardware installed,
will appear as COM port (even a USB cable).
In the following example, is recognized as the cable into the port COM4.

6)next opened the universal DreamUP 1.3.3.9 [this is the latest version]
and select the update COM port (like any other model of Dreambox).
At this point, we choose the COM port that we appeared in the previous step
(COM4 in this example).and make sure there is a tick in the use network box

7)Press the Connect button the DreamUP universal panel and then go to the
dreambox and power it up to turn on again now the Dream 500HD/800se will
now to start up loading firmware.and once compleated the dreamup loader will
go in to HTTP mode you then click the flash button and find the correct image then on the window click open and it will load on the dreamup and load on your dreambox once fully loaded exit the loader and turn your dreambox off and on again at the rear switch now the image will boot and you can the configure the box

Is it legally ok to have Sunray? or its not fake copy of dreambox?
now confused, I can't update my sunray over the internet , giving error and restarting. just got it new

My Sunray 800 HD se dead after update

Welcome to me for getting into the clone user (. I have no idea on how it works, I just got one, pluged in, connected it to the internet and updated the software, now it goes on with yellow screen boating and then goes reboat. can't access anything. Even connecting with laptop doesn't help me. I would be very pleased if simple manuel of this CLONE Sunray 800 HDse triple... is shared. thanks in advance.
Or should I return it from where I bought?

I got a dm800hd se, i forgot the password and tried to image it with a different image, it had bootloader 82, estar v3 sim.

my problem now is that it is giving R01: no ca found
i connected a usb to mini usb and installed driver
downloaded dreamup 1.3.3.9 and tried even with sunray-flash up
click connect and restart decoder
dream up gets to : upload complete waiting for acknowledge
but i am still getting the dreambox no ca error
tried even disabling the network section of dreamup

any ideas ?

When it gets to "waiting for acknowledge" you can flash it via the normal browser method, install ip scanner to find the box's i-p addy , and make sure the Ethernet cable it connected to box , also make sure you use correct image for your sim type

tried the above but still with the network cable connected advacnce ip scanner didnt detect the box, also tried going into the router to find ip from dhcp but wasnt there.
