Dm800 image

Hi can anyone tell me why the image that's on my box isn't letting me pull channels in ? Can this be sorted
Also the epg on dm800 HD... does it have 1 or is it just the now & next ?

wot image is it? whats satelite is it on? epg ? lots of ways to get 7 day epg using rytec,satmate and a few others

I'm not sure bud, its been took away too install a dif image. So suppose it will come back sorted, as I'm not clued up, he's left me a dm500 to use for now and I'm flicking through it and no epg on it just now and next, hopefully there will be on the dm800 if not il get back to ye for a bit of help
