Rytec_uk down ?

Hi, doesnt seems to get epg, says completed but no epg ?. was ok few days ago,

this is for friends box he using dreamelite with inbuilt epg, aint got no usb or hdd so cant use cross epg which i know is flawless

i have dm800 (clone) but for some reason i have never got crossepg to work???

hope its back soon, you need to install Tspanel and install cross epg, need a usb stick or hdd to store epg though

iv'e already got tspanel installed the latest one m8
(although not tried crossepg since i updated the tspanel)
but because i could download rytec or satmate i did not bother to much with crossepg.
but noticed that both rytec and satmate fail at week-ends

your crossepg plugin is probably totaly out of date with regards to the latest rytec source archives in your /usr/crossepg/providers/rytec_uk_xmltv.conf

you need to periodically check the latest rytec sources and manualy update your rytec_uk_xmltv.conf when necessary.

it wouldnt surprise me if you are still attempting to download from sources that dont exist any more and only have maybe 1 active source in your list

hi, my crossepg works perfect , i also got dm800 without hdd or usb so use drealelite to get epg and store internally here is the Deliteepgproviders file from /etc

but i have entered those details into my Deliteepgproviders file
and now i get the green screen and says that box must be restarted
now when i press the blue button and try to press the red for epg settings i cant get into the settings and then shows the green screen.

you could also swap to OpenTV providers instead, and downlaod via a radio feed a lot more reliable than Rytec..which seems to go down quite often.
In CrossEPG just select OpenTV providers instead of XMLTV providers as your source. Not as much choice of providers as XMLTV but fine for 28.2E

will 28.2 epg fit in internal box memory, like rytec_uk does on dreamelite 1.3.3 pheonix image ?

that is the image before phoenix
can't get crossepg to work on mine??

id flash a newer image if you got usb or hdd so can use cross epg, i only given friends dreamelite 1.3.3 so i can store epg in box memory,

myself i use openpli 2.1 image with hdd to store cross epg

I thought I was doing something wrong meself with being new to this box, but the epg is now working on rytec uk
I downloaded it today, it took a good 20 mins froze I turned off & on and all working now

Rytec uk is working now for me
