    Two dm800 from one lnb

    Hi, I hope anyone out there has attempted this basically I want to try to use two dm800 boxes from one lnb signal is there anyway round this booster, splitter etc thanks in advance.

      Because sat boxes send information to the lnb to switch frequency ranges and polarisation its not really possible to connect two boxes to a single lnb unless you restrict one box to the set of transducers that the other box presently has selected. That tends not to be too satisfactory as somebody changing channel on the controlling box would also potentially change the channels that the other box can receive.

      As mentioned above, you need to use a multi-lnb device (the standard these days seems to be a quad lnb) and make sure you have the appropriate cabling (four lnb 'aerial' cables).

        I thought so is the dual lnb universal with all dishes as I got the Ross dish from Bandq cheers.

          any multi output lnb should work.
