I have been using the pre-installed enigma2 image with bl82, the box was working fine until I left it on standby over the weekend to record a match (4.8e) on a separate dvd recorder. On return I found the high winds had moved the dish thus I recorded 2 hours of black screen! After sorting out the dish alignment for 4.8e I found on shutdown I don't get the safe to switch off screen anymore (see pic) and after trying to tune into Hotbird I get half a green screen with nothing saved after 100% (see attached pics)? I have tuned back to 4.8e so I can still get some footy. Should I try a factory reset? any help appreciated.

You will need to reflash the image again. Everything then should be back to normal. -

if your getting a green screen then your encountering a image problem.... try and reflash with a pli image and all should be fine... pli image for your box can be found in the d/load section or you could try there websitedm500hd -dm500hd v2-vu+duo- triax 1.1m - inverto lnb - technomate 2300 motor- linksys ddwrt routerComment
