    dislexia and a dreambox nightmare

    sometimes i wonder, why me

    everything is so hard

no matter what i do or how much i try

i have to rely on others and it gets me down

so here i am begging strangers for help

    i am such a nob i could be a ~~~~ star

i bought a dream box thinking it was just a satellite box

so i can watch normal tv

i just want free channels so i can watch tv

i got it and found out i have to do stuff to it

    stuff i know nothing about

it took me 6 weeks of reading and and headaches to flash it

    piece of p1ss it was

but when i read this stuff it just make my heads want to explode

so everything seems hard when i read

any way i flashed blackhole and then enigma2

    i have no channels

i think tuned them in it comes up

    skybbc1 etc

BUT THE LIST IS THE SAME AS I HAD ON THE DREAM BOX

    BEFORE I FLASHED IT

96000 BBC1 ETC but it didnt say sky?

and i could watch tv but not channel 4

now and and on both images i flashed

where i think the picture should be it says STARTING

please what have i done wrong

if anyone is kind enough to reply

please can you lay out your response as above

    if not

i wont be able to follow instructions

    thank you

      Alfie,

Try to look on the bright side. O.K.

      I am not dyslexic...(well I don't think so)

However, today I have bricked my box. I have no lead to reflash.

Ordered from EBay.When it comes I've really not much of a clue what to do with it.

However I will continue to look on the bright side.

I will fix it if possible.

I will enjoy it to the best of my ability.

Enjoy your box and don't give in, 'cos it will bust your ass until you (semi) get a hold on it. I only have a semi hold and can say short of bricking it today, I have had constant enjoyment from faffing about with it for the last month.

Might be different when my lead comes and I try to resurrect it........

Chill out......it's only TV. Nothing else. Most things are repeated anyway. Once you master it...(and you will, given time) you can watch progs then.
