DM800se Recording problems

I have dm800se sim 82 210 sim with the 4direk image installed. My problems is when i try to record by timer the sat some times dont turn eg if my sat is on 13.0e and i set my time to record on 28.2e the sat some times dont move its fine when turn it normally. Is there a plugin some where? any help please. I tryed 3 images with this box same prob, Its fine on tm9101.
