    DM800HD SE not Booting after update failed

    Only received the box yesterday and broke it before I have started please help displays SIm2 message

    It came with Enigma 2 but i tried to update it failed and now sim2 displays and it will not load enigma

    also I dont see any cards in the slots is that normal?

    please help

    refkash the box with the correct firmware for that sim and bootloader

      There are some boxes around without a SIM card.
      They seem to have the card detail incorporated in the flash software.
      Try re-flashing your box with the correct patched image that has the same bootloader as your box.
      This is normally displayed in the 1st second when you switch your box on.
      Hold down the front button and switch your box on from the back switch and wait until you get ***STOP*** displayed on the small screen. You will see the box IP.
      Start your browser (preferably Opera), enter the box IP in the browser and off you go loading the matching patched image.
      If you fail, don't give up, try again. It will work

      Small tip:
      (in future, take a back up before playing with box)

        If you have updated the image online it will update unpatched original files. Hence the clone now not working. You need a new sim2.10 image and sunray flasher, flash using mini USB connection at rear of box,
        For guides just follow "no CA error " for dm800se
