new to dm800 having flashing problems

recieved my dm800 hd -bootloader R82 ,Gemini 5.1,sim2.10,tuner M today trying to flash when i go to ip of dm i see webcontrol screen but no i don't see no firmware upgrade page i see page with few titles at top like television radio etc. also when i turn box on nothing is showing on the boxs little screen is this right i tried holding power button off while powered down turned on still nothing

bit of an update tried second box and there is no problems with it. just the first one screen does not work but it boots no problems is there an easy fix or is it faulty

Holding power button in till you see stop and type in the ip address straight into your web browser should bring it up.

Are you holding the power button in before you add the power?
It will go to web control centre if the box boots up normally.

i opened box gave wire bit of a push oled now working will try flashing in the morning hopefully all goes well
