    hello members as your aware i'm trying to get my dm800hd working sweet but have a problem
    i can pause live tv but not record have you any tips on this image

      Check the HDD is mounted in the Blue-Blue menu and check the recording paths in the system menu.

          What way are you trying to record?

          Try using the timer function from the bouquet or menu timer.
