Dm800 HD record

Hi can anyone tell us if the dm800hd
Records ? ?
And is there something I can do to get it to record ? Do I need to install
Anything ?
I jus read a USB stick does this work the record ? On dm800

get a sata hard drive and fit that, but to be honest a few weeks ago you could get a 650 gb hard drive for about ?45 now due to floods in Thailand they are about ?118 for the same drive .

Hi andy I have a laptop not getting used, fully working just all keys popped off, can I use the sata hard drive out of this ? How hard or easy is this to do myself ? Or how much would I be charged, a bloke on eBay reckons he can do for me.
