DM800 Missing Web Interface

Im missing the web interface on my DM800(Gemini). It shows that it is installed in the extensions and indeed the files are there. However when i try and browse to the site from IE it's unavailable.

Under services HTTP is running..

Ideas ?

you could try and flash again might have been a bad flash but if its a clone then there is a good chance its part of what they are doing now also you cant use any of the new barry allen updates as it dont work with clones
