hissing and crackling on audio

strange problem ever since i have hd se,not happened on 800hd before,on the audio theres crackling ,hiising,like static electricity through audio,picture is hdmi connection sound is through scart rca connectors, due to tv sound output is faulty,i had it connected to a hi fi ,now in using a sound plinth and it still does it,even when i switch channels sometimes theres a slight pause and it sounds like the hard drive noise on the audio,never come across this on the forums

i never get any of these problems by making sure power surge protected,good shielded leads,and all sat cables screened and protected and tight.check if a mains cable runs over other cables as bad cables have bad shielding.
