For the past month or so the tuner on my DM800 has been acting up. Sometimes it completely fails to tune in anything at all. The SNR and AGC do not even register and then a few minute later or if I move the motor, it seems to work.
Today I got the guys who installed it to come out and adjust the dish after high winds. They left and the everything was working perfectly.
Now the box has just all of a sudden failed to recognise anything. SNR is completely blank. AGC has a high reading of around 89%
I'm just wondering if this is a symptom of a duff tuner or not? Everything was spot on when the guys left, I know it could have moved since but is it possible it's the tuner in the box?
