EPG on DM800HD

I assume that this is a simple issue with settings but I can't figure out the solution! Just prior to a program starting, the EPG will pop up on the screen for a few moments. It does not really annoy me but I want to know how to stop this happening.

I have done a search but can't find any solutions. Any advice would be appreciated.

menu - setup - system-customize - show infobar on eventchange.....change that to no and press green button.

you can use the search function available....or use the attached program to fix it and then flash a new image on it.
