cant get my dreambox 800hd control to change channels does this meen i need a new control have have put new batteries in but when i press the buttons the red light does not flash on the dream on the control can anyone help thanks
Another check you can do , open the camera on your phone, and point the remote at it whilst pressing one of the buttons on the remote. If it doesn't show a white light, then maybe you need to replace it.
