how do i make full NFI-Backup dm800SE plz

Having looked on this very helpfull site,In the past I have found everything that i needed for my sat needs. the problem is now I really just want to back up my image How do you backup to an nfi file ,just tried backing up my image using the backup feature from settings page,
but it just backed up to various folders rather than one
complete image

You could do full image backup with dflash, tsflashbackup or if you have tspanel...under the system tools, there is an option for image flashbackup. U can download tspanel here which is a very useful plugin.
