Is freezing a server issue or hardware issue for my DM800 HD (clone)?

Good to hear mate. I agree with ramjet.

I have seen so many people have problem with adsl by not following simple rules. Always plug your router into the BT master socket, never use an extension lead to extend the line cord, especially those flat type. Always use a short line cord and a decent adsl filter. Fit an adsl filter to all phones in the house. You would be shocked how you can effect your line speeds by not following these simple steps. It is better to extend on the lan side than the adsl line side.

Good to hear your getting there weedman. Test you BT line by dialing 17070 and selecting quite line and see if you are getting any noise on the line.

Try the steps I took, and read post #10 for the steps I took, I am still working on this, but it helped for now.

Might be a stupid answer , But if your using one set of Clines with 2 boxes this can cause problems
