    dm800se probs

ok my se 800 crashed a few weeks ago as i had my 800pro setup i just swapped them over.anyway time came when the 800 decided to pack up alltogether.so time was right to reflash the se800 and start again.everything was going well until i had to use my remote the 800se will not respond to remote control at all.i had to finnish my setup all on the web remote.i have tried 3 different remotes the box doesn,t respond to any and everything was fine before the crash what possibly could have gone wrong for the remote not to control the box????.

anyone had this problem in the past if so how did you rectify.

    thanks in advance.

no m8 sorry but it was just behind the power connection point but on edge of the board if that makes any sense.

think i should make a small bit of ly off ebay to go towards a new reciever but will buy in the uk from now on and defo not a dreambox.was thinking of a clarke or a technomate any tips most welcome.

Take a good clear pic and post here, we might be able to help in establishing what the burnt component is and how easy it will be to replace.
