dm800 - motorised dish stuck on 1 satellite

I have a motorised dish that will only go to 19.2e and I cant get it to move from there. I have had dm800 before and it worked fine with the motor. now im using my new dm800 (dreamboxuk image), hooked up to the same motor it will only go to 19.2e. I have the tuner config set to simple - my long and lat set up and postioner is usals. any ideas why it wont move to another satellite? it sometimes loses power on the motor as well and i have to restart the box to get power back. i have changed the tuner config as it was set to only go to a single satellite when I had it.

anything else you need to know let me know.

any help would be appreciated.

I had this the other day and I found a reflash solved mine. I've also had it before and had to reset the motor or reseat the tuner. I would start with reseating the tuner if that doesn't work try a reflash which is probably the easiest thing to do.

I have the same problem some times it moves and some time it dont. I have tryed about 5 images and get the same problem. The motor is new and my older one too, Its fine on the tm9100 super but not with this box. any ideas?
