hi guys i have a bm800hd and since this morning i could got access any of my hd channels, my netwrk connection is ok, i get all other sky channels but no hd, i did an auto rescan and then all my hd chennels are greyd ouy, im on open pli image, any ideas???

What's the signal like on the channels you can get?
I've had something similar where channels were greyed out and to be honest nothing that I tried worked except a reflash. Things I would try is a complete shutdown, remove the power for a few minutes and then power back up. Also try sending the bouquet back down onto the box.
