my green and yellow ethernet light stuck on on dreambox 800hd,wont boot up.

i have a old 800hd that just has the ethernet lights on
no life in the led screen, and the ethernet lights are on
even without the cat5 cable plugged in, i tried everything
to get the box to clear but had no luck, i have just kept it
for spares etc: to me this looks like this is a mainboard fault
but at ?80/90 for a clone board it's cheaper to make a bid on
anouther dm800 on the bay
