Why does timeshift stop when the next hour starts?

Specs: DM 800 HD SE (clone), NewNigma2, Permanent Timeshift on Internal HDD.

I am using timeshift (Pause TV) alot more then I expected.
    - But when I pause the TV at say 19.30 (7.30PM) for say 20 mins.
    - Then I resume it (the time is now 19:50 [7.50PM])
    - And I watch it for 10 Mins
    - At 20:00 (8.00 PM), the timeshift stops and resets, and just goes back to normal TV.

So every hour at exactly x:00 (8:00PM in this example), it stops the timeshift I have `shifted`, and just goes back to normal TV.

Why does it not just keep timeshifting past the hour?
    Why does it stop?
    Anyone got any ideas why?

The same behavior popped for me up w/ Openpli a month or so ago w/ pts1.0.0rc25/1.0.1. Personally I reverted back to pts0.9.5. It's not as feature packed, but it does what the name implies, working timeshift...

What image are you using alom5?

I reinstalled the image I was using, but now I can't find PT in TSPanel. Where can I download permanent time shift from TSpanel.

I downloaded it last time from TSPanel, but I cant find it any more.

Can someone send us a IPK, or tell us what server/folder holds the Permenant Timeshift in TSPanel?

I'm going to upload backup of my image in the downloads section within a few days. Everything is working that needs to work.

It's a dream OEM image that I have taken away and added bits to get it working for TV. I'll try and back it up later today....

i have been asked by many on the image i use for my DM800se.....and i used to reply newnigma 2....but although very good...it never made me think it was just right...sometimes crashed for no reason...

i have backed up my image for all you guys here and is now in downloads section.

everything works on it, timeshift, epg, picons, keeping correct time....basically a working image for a great box.

you just need to install emu of your choice via tspanel and add your cccam.cfg file in /etc

set up your tuner by entering long and lat. channels list for multi sat on image already,,,,,upload your own if you don't like mine.

picons go in /picon/picon folder in hdd

you need to have a hdd as everything is setup for an internal hdd.

hope you can all enjoy a working image on a box...with no crashes

had it running sweet for 6 weeks and no probs

                  it is now in downloads.......enjoy

Nah man, still working on this, I hadnt really played around with different versions yet, havent had the time tbh.

Hopefully i'll get a chance and post back how I get on.

My next step is probably to try `alom5` image, Im going to flash that and see how i get on. (First backup your image using TSpanel Backup).
