    DM800 HD EPG

Hello everyone, just wondered if some one may be able to help me.

I have a dm800 hd and have cross epg set up along with graphical but im finding its not very good, inacurate and really most of the time only displays now and next.

is their anthing out their simpler and more user friendly similar to sly set up? ( so mrs can use also ) ;-)

Also does any one know where to get extra pluggins and addons? what is out their at the moment that is good?

    All help is much Appreciated.

You may want to have a look at how crossepg is setup. I use it on 2 of my boxes and it is nearly full when I look at the epg. It may be that it hasn't been set to download as soon as the box comes on or some other setting mey be incorrect.

If you have CrossEPG setup to download from Rytec servers for 28.2? east you may be better setting it up with OpenTV instead that always brings back the Full 7 day EPG

The installation instructions are above in my earlier post. (Post #7: http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...5/#post1452559)

As for the space, you will need to uninstall some unused packages & plugins.

Read through this post for more information:

Remove unused packages to free up memory, and then try to install crossEPG again.

If your still having problems, You should google or search the DK forums for how to install a new image on your box. (Loads of information on how to do this).

A new image will free up alot of memory, which will allow you to install all the required plugins you want.
