What does `Mod for SG` mean?

    What does `Mod for SG` mean?

    I keep seeing this on some images, what does it mean?
    `Mod for SG`

    Here is an example on DK downloads: Digital Kaos - Downloads - Newnigma2-dm800se-20120204-ssl84b.nfi

    I think the SG stands for singapore, not sure but it might only be for use in singapore,

      I flashed the above version on my SE clone. (Digital Kaos - Downloads - Newnigma2-dm800se-20120204-ssl84b.nfi).

      It didnt work. I flashed it via sunray flash up, it upgraded the bootloader to 84B, but the image could not find any `bearing` to satellite. I could not select `28.2E`, in fact I couldnt select anything.

        After a new flash If there are no satellites in my tuner I usually have to FTP a new satellite XML file to -etc/tuxbox with dcc then set my sats up in tuner set up and rescan satellites.
