hi i installed a hard drive 2day all works fine but i get a green page that says there is a software problem and has to restart the box then freezes but still records i then have to switch the box off/on can somewon tell me wots wrong thanx.

Iv had the same issue b4 on my dm800 I reflashd and the error went away. Not sure y it happens tho but that was b4 I fitted the hard drive. -
there may be a conflict remove the hard drive and if ok try another imageComment

Unless its got twin tuners, you cant record one channel whilst watching the other.
You can... record one channel, and watch other channels on the same transponder. (Bouquet > Satellites (green button) > Current Transponder)[Not much variety, but mehh..].
But to watch any channel, you need twin tuners & also 2 subs.- Thanks to those who deserve them, and none to those who don't...
