dreambox 800 satellite scanning

Can anyone help, ive setup my new 800 dreambox using utials and can recieve all satellites besides thor and amos 4w. I can recieve all the satellites before and after them ie atl.bird3 5W and eut W3A, sirius 4-4.8E etc. I have tried everthing and now reached the end of my tether. Can anyone advise whats gone wrong. I could recieve these satellites on my old dm7000

have you tryed goto x function
which take it back to due south default postion
or
your tuner settings ok active for those sats
or have you tryed any settings via your addons button
depending what image you using
just a wild guess as enigma2 have similar setup

tried a manual service scan using lyngsat
now its found the missing thor satellite

done a manual scan and the channels asre still greyed out
